Property Sales
Whether you are buying a property from our holdings or considering the sale of your own, we believe a good sale depends on accurate information, thoughtful presentation and an orderly process.
01 — Two distinct services
We keep two kinds of sale clearly separate, because the obligations and disclosures differ.
When Haider Real Estate Group sells a property it owns, we are the seller. Listings for these properties are marked “Company-owned”. You may deal with us directly or through an agent of your choice.
If you own a property and are considering a sale, we can discuss your options, including a direct sale to Haider through our acquisitions process.
02 — Presentation & marketing
We present properties with professional photography, accurate measurements where verified, and descriptions that inform rather than exaggerate. Floor areas are published only when they have been measured or confirmed, and every photograph shows the actual property.
Advertising is reviewed for accuracy before it is published. Where a property is tenanted, marketing and viewings respect the tenant's privacy and the notice requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act.
03 — For buyers
Step 1
Request a viewing from any listing. We confirm a time and answer questions beforehand.
Step 2
Review the property information, any status certificate for condominiums, and arrange inspections where appropriate.
Step 3
Offers are submitted in writing and may include conditions. We respond in writing and deal with every party honestly.
Step 4
Once firm, both parties' lawyers manage title, adjustments, land transfer tax and closing.
Questions
Each listing states whether the property is owned by Haider Real Estate Group or offered on behalf of another owner. That distinction affects who you are dealing with and what disclosures apply.
Yes, you may choose to represent yourself, or to work with a real estate agent of your choice. In either case we recommend independent legal advice before signing an agreement.
Offers are made in writing, usually on an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, and may include conditions such as financing or inspection. We respond to each offer in writing and treat all parties fairly and honestly.
The buyer typically pays a deposit, any conditions are satisfied or waived within the agreed period, and each party's lawyer completes the closing, including title transfer and land transfer tax.
